All About Me

At Hansteads Healing, I aim to create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, giving body and mind a chance to reconnect with itself and promote healing.

At the age of 23 this was a journey that I had to take after I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. Both Reiki and Hypnotherapy supported my journey and I'm delighted to say thirty years on I am married with a beautiful daughter and step-son and live in the tranquil Hertfordshire countryside in great health. The life experiences I have been through have given me empathy, understanding and insight into the emotional and physical pain of others. I always found Reiki and Hypnotherapy helped me and now I help others on their own journey to good health and well being. 

My qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and reiki, provide clients with a unique balance of scientific and holistic treatments designed to support their individual requirements.
